Very very very very disappointing experience 3/30/2006

Our experience with Flow Volkswagon was very disappointing. My husband took our deisel Jetta in to have the timing belt changed for an outrageous amount of money. Not only that, but the work was done incorrectly. My husband has a way to hook up the car to a computer timer (ask him for more info on this) -- anywho it clearly stated that the timing belt was not working correctly. My husband called the service department and talked to the mechanic who worked on the car. He took the car back and the mechanic wouldn't look at the car. The mechanic told my husband that the work done was correct and there was nothing wrong with the way the belt was tuned. It took my husband taking his computer device to Flow and talking to the head manager for the problem to be fixed. No apology. No compensation for his time. more
