Backstage said I would have to call Drive savers to recover my data. My laptop was making a clicking noise and was looping in a blue screen, the computer would not get to the desktop.
I needed to recover my pictures and my documents. I called drive savers and I was quoted $950.00 only for my pictures.
I am glad I researched... I found Netcontrol Disk Laboratory and they recovered my files for less. I am happy for the service I received and I would highly recommend them.
