There were many challenges beyond working with my inexperience, such as the many mistakes in the engineer’s specifications, yet they graciously addressed the issues to a positive conclusion.Also, I was extremely impressed with your crew’s work ethics. They worked long, hard hours, many times in very awkward positions. Their efficiency when the concrete was poured looked like a dance. All the while, they were very cheerful and pleasant. The engineer was impressed with their work as were other participants in the project.
