Good: clean and friendly place, affordable price, plenty of parking lot and right around the SHOPRITE. So you can go to grocery shopping right after or before the service.. Bad: They accept credit cards but it has to be $9.00 or more.. Improvements: I wish they had manicure and pedicure too.. Other: I am crazy about eyebrow. Last week I went to different place and they messed up my eyebrow. So I really needed to fix my eyebrow. I went to ARC, girls were so friendly and they did such a great job. It was so much better than where I used to go to.The shape of my eyebrow was perfect. It was a great experience for me. This is the new place for my eyebrow needed.
