The quality of Bissinger chocolates is up there with the finest european suppliers. If you can come across the store during blackberry season (september, I believe) you will find an exquisite treat. They have specially grown blackberries the size of golf balls, coated in fondant then dipped in black, milk. or sugar free chocolates. It is the most amazing chocolate and we visit every time we get the chance.
