Every spring and fall in Quarryville the residents have a ritual. They await the day in the spring when Dotties opens and they can have their first cheesesteak of the year and in the fall they rush to get their last cheesesteak of the year. Everyone in Quarryville loves Dotties. In addition tho their cheesesteaks they have other sandwiches, great french fries and of course ice cream. Although I prefer their cones they also have sundaes, shakes, and cyclones. They have nice grounds with picnic tables where you can enjoy your food. It is conviniently located on Fourth Street right in front of Towns Edge. they could probably use some more parking but it works out pretty well the way it is. This past spring they added an additional window for the pick up of phone in orders which helps a lot. Every year their prices go up but for the most part the cheesesteaks and ice cream are worth the money.
