When this shop first opened my husband got a good cut, so I tried it and the owner gave me a good cut. No frills, but a good cut that worked.
Eventually I took my daughters there and it was a *disaster*. The shop was set up with very little space between the waiting area to walk to the cutting and washing area- yet the owner placed toy bins in the corner. When my children played with the toys it was difficult to walk through and the owner complained- eh, *I* didn't put the toys there. *I* would have put them in a place where I wanted the kids to play- kids spread things out when they play and that needs to be accomadated.
My younger daughter got a lousy choppy cut. My older daughter wanted color and the stylist washed it out early- then the owner tried to charge me more than we had agreed upon as the price for a kid color. I refused to pay the higher price and regretted paying anything as the color washed out immediately because it hadn't been on the hair long enough. Yes, the stylist told me she had washed it out early.
I won't go back- haven't gone back for years and wrote the owner about her shabby treatment of kids and the slacking off she appeared to be doing. Sad.
