We have been here since it opened - the sushi is generally good, not quite up to par with other Sushi places, but definately better than Samurai Sushi down the street. The service was adequate, but both times we had to flag down the waitress to get our check. The atmosphere is standard sushi bar style - it would be really nice to have an authentic Japanese restaurant in the Sacramento area instead of the more Americanized sushi bar version.
