I lived here while going to college. The apartments were well kept. The grounds were always trimmed nicely. The apartment manager is such a kind person. If you are accommodating, the manager will be too. The manager definitely goes out of his way to help people. Anytime I ever had a problem with my apartment, he was right on it. Nice and close to campus (across the street from Beasley Hall). Definitely worth checking out to see if there is availability.
