I had to be fair that custom service at Ackerman used to be fine and in some cases quite good, which is part of the reason I did not object the rate increase (yes, they will increase the rate without your prior consent, citing this in a fine line of their contract -- why didn't the sales mention about this?). Their custom service got terrible these days. The two representatives I talked to recently were just plain rude. Bye bye, Ackerman.
