I've been using Ackerman for a while and it has been a good experience. I had to say that the custom service used to be okay and in some cases quite nice. The last two calls I made were ugly. The associates were rude and unable to help. I guess with the bad economic times they've fired too many people but unfortunately they obviously got rid of the good ones.
