I called around for local lock services, and they all have really high price ranges that they charge for key making. Finally I stumbled onto Speedy Lock and Key. They quoted me an estimated price but said it might be different for when the technician actually arrives. I was fine with it because the estimated quote that gave me was much lower than what the other lock services offered.
When the technician came and took a look at my car, made a key for me and handed me the bill, I was actually surprised that it was the same price as what that lady quoted me. Wow ! I was very satisfied with everything. You guys are a great locksmith, thanks a lot.
