This is probably one of the busiest airports in the world, yet I found it to be quite easy to navigate when I used it. Checking in wasn't a big problem and the staff are pretty quick. There are a variety of shops and restaurants in the airport, and although they are pricey there is a lot of choice. The travelers here also tend to be very experienced so it wasn't bad at all.
