My husband always drags me into this store when we're in Providence Place Mall. They have great knives and cutlery sets as well as ornamental and other-than-kitchen pieces. I really like that they leave nothing to chance and ALL knives are either behind the counter mounted to the wall or in locked cases.
They are also very helpful with other concerns as well. I work in a spa, and our nail technicians have had some trouble lately finding a company to sharpen their tools for them as the local one they used to use closed down. One of the sales associates tracked down a location within an hour of our work address and called ahead to tell the gentleman to expect our call. I felt that was a great way to go above and beyond, especially since we hadn't purchased anything!
This shop could be a little bigger. That's about my only gripe. It feels very stuffy with more than 4 people shopping.
