This area is full of military, and they seem determined to fool military out of their money at a time when they can't afford it...when their orders have come through and they have to move. I've known 2 people that the company tried to not honor the military clause with.
In our case, they were rude...if we had an issue and called near 5pm, the office women would literally pick up the phone, then hang it up, and punch the button to roll it to the answering service so they wouldn't have to deal with it.
When they "upgraded" the cable in the apartments, they demanded we move all our stuff 4 feet away from any wall, and wouldn't give us the exact date they'd be in our apartment...so my stuff was displaced for 4 days! Then I come home one day and the workmen have left my door wide open, all the lights on, AC turned up higher from where we keep it when we leave for the day, and NO ONE was in my apartment! They'd left it wide open with no one there. And they stole about 5 Cokes out of the refrigerator.
The complex's response to this was "we can't control the workmen". Well then don't let them in my apartment. They also raised rents claiming property value in the area had gone up...though curiously no other complexes raised theirs. We moved and were gladly rid of these people.
