Having read one bad review about Justin at Ocean Aquarium, I set it aside and thought I'd go see for myself, since they're four blocks from me. I asked for Justin and met him, but his manners were terrible. He was rude, dictatorial, and seemed to have no concept of the fact that I was there to spend money. Although I thought the prior bad review was probably someone who is never happy, now I think that person was most likely accurately writing about how infuriating an experience he had with Justin. Now, I will re-Google for another pet store that sells fish and see if I can manage to buy something today with someone who knows how to say, "hello" and "thank you," which are phrases Justin has never learned. What an unpleasant person. I'll never, ever return to Ocean Aquarium.
