Good: The product has lived up to its hype as to sound deading and draft protection immedately. The products are new and we have yet to get a comparable bill from our electric company. I believe that they will cut our power uasage as we were told.. Bad: Initial price is high but as long as the lifetime warranty is in effect this will pay for its self over time. We are planning on being here for a long time. The price for most people is the deciding factor but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for".. Improvements: unknown. Other: The sale people are very knowledgeable about their products and seem to believe in the product very much. The install crew was fantastic with the job they did and how they treated our home. I am very happy as of now with the look and installation of all of the windows and the patio door. Our installation was installed in an as new type of constuction and not the regular replacement castment type, ours had installation fins. The jobe was done in the proper time frame as we were told..
