Our last trip to The Ocean Club was merely because I love the champagne butter sauce. Ask for whatever dish has this sauce, and you will be very pleased. We also enjoy their calamari, with a spicy asian sauce. The she-crab bisque is wonderful, and a favorite of my husband. The best part of Ocean Club is the staff. Our last trip, I ordered the halibut with the champagne butter sauce. I mentioned my love of the sauce, and she brought out a side of MORE SAUCE! Furthermore, it was a birthday occasion, and they gave us a dessert to take with us, as we were too stuffed to eat it there. It made a great bedtime snack later!
