Good: they were polite, clean and seemed to know what they were doing. they cleaned up my house before they left. they even stayed to make sure it was working properly before they left and that there wasn't any other problems they might have missed.. Bad: they were late. it cost a little more then I would have liked and it did take longer to complete.. Improvements: maybe make 2 hour time frame appointments so if they are running late they still makle it there within the time frame/..
