Good: overall I was happy with the service. they were polite, respectful and clean. they made sure to clean everything up before they left. they stayed to make sure it was working properly and that there wasn't anything else wrong with it.. Bad: They were a little late. the price was a little more then I would have liked to have paid and it took a little longer to fix then I would have liked.. Improvements: Maybe make two hour appointments like between 1 & 3 instead of 1 & 2 that way if theey are running late they still make it within the time frame..
