I was busy and not be able to make it during business hours, but I need to change the lock asap. I made an appointment with him after his business hours and he is willing to do it without extra charge for off hour service. The locksmith called me before he start driving to the apartment, and he was there early. After I show him all the stuff we discuss over the phone and by the time it was done, he charge less than he estimate. What an honest guy. Wow.
