My dog has German Sheppard in him which means he sheds all year long, and if we don't keep him WELL groomed he develops "knots" and clumps in his fur which quickly turn into a nasty skin irritation for him. Diane's has spent a lot of time with our dog and he has learned to trust the staff there and looks forward to going to visit them for a good shampoo and brushing.
