The locksmith from Little Neck Security Systems & Key rekeyed a lock for us at 8:30 on a Saturday night. He went above and beyond, ensuring that the lock was working properly, including several adjustments due to a non-standard installation. Then he even drilled a new hole and installed a strong screw in the door jamb to make sure that the door was secure. He was very friendly and courteous. He called to let us know he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. His price was quite reasonable.
