I have been to this restaurant a few times but probably won't go back... the food is wonderful though!
I guess if you are local and "know" the wait staff you get better service... I felt very much like an outsider and that I was bothering the waitress from talking to the locals/regulars.
The last trip really bothered me though; I had my young niece with me and she had to use the restroom... she is too young to go alone so we went there together. We had ordered but not gotten our meals yet.
Well, not to make this a long story but when we returned to our table, our drinks were gone and the table had been re-set... the waitress was mad at us, she thought that we left without paying for our drinks. I explained what happened, but she had already CANCELLED our meal ticket. We ended up having to pay for the drinks we never got to finish and left without our meals, as we would have had to wait all over again for the kitchen to prepare our food. I asked to talk to a manager who told us that we had to pay for the drinks!
We went to Burger King, they have a playland that my niece enjoyed.
