I enjoy stopping by Roots on Tuesday in the summer and fall for the produce deals. I like this better than the road side stands, as you can keep moving if they don't have what you need.
I usually walk around a bit to see what prices each stand is asking. It is so convenient to buy what you need and then go to the next stand for better prices on something else.
Everyone always seems friendly to me. I never really stop at the junk stands, have noticed that this area is growing over the years.... not my cup of tea :)
