It's gotten rave reviews and it's the place to go. If you're lucky enough to get a reservation, you'll enter to a fabulous tavern room, warm and comfortable, with a beautiful bar area in which a less expensive menu is served. The crowd is sophisticated and casual and the contemporary American food from chef Tom Colicchio's kitchen is fantastic. Dishing up new American and Continental cooking, this is a grill. Expect the average entrée to cost over $20, and there's a prix-fixe menu at $62 per person.
