Mobley Eye Care has the worst customer service. DO NOT GO THERE! I had to go back for 5 different appointments. After I was not satisfied with the results for the 5th time, Dr. Mobley and staff refused to give me a refund, stating I was past their 30 day refund policy. I would not have been past the 30 day refund policy if I did not have to go back 5 times to correct the problem. Long story in short, they kept my $800.00. I had to go Lens Crafters.
