I enjoy working on crafts, but I can't stand going to the store to buy my supplies. Jo-Ann's offers some good products, however the service is lousy. There is usually an incredibly long line for the one cash register they have open (where the rest of the employees are to run the other cash registers, I do not know). More often than not, when I finally get to the register, the product I have selected is either mismarked, or the register rings it up wrong. I rarely am asked if I need any help while browsing. I've found that the employees are not very knowledgable on their products, either.
