Best Buy has a wonderful selection of home appliances and computer needs. The prices are always low and they offer promotions, incentives and rebates. The only thing that keeps them from earning a 'world class' status, in my opinion, is the lack of customer service. It usually is very hard to locate a sales person. Many times, they just walk by without any acknowledgment.
