Overall, treated respectfully, salespeople responsive to needs. Only 1 glitch mars the experience: Tools were not available to remove license plate from our trade-in. Salesman was to have plate removed and mail it to us. He did not follow through. Plate stayed on the car sold to a used car lot. This was upsetting for potential liability to us.
