The original supplier I ordered our holiday client gifts from called just days before we needed the bags to say they were out of stock and could not help us! I needed to find a new gift and have them printed and delivered to us in Los Angeles in ONE week. Every place I called was either out of stock or couldn't possibly get me the product without charging an arm and a leg for expedited shipping. I found SBBags online, called and spoke to Cathy. Within hours, she found us the perfect bag that was within our budget, in stock and with a supplier in the LA area. She said that since it was a one day ship there would not be any rush or overnight shipping charges either. I placed my order on Friday expecting the bags the following Thursday, and the bags were delivered on Tueday - 2 days early!
