Philann's Florist is located near A and B Thrift Store and Genesis Music on Suttle Street, just behind the First National Bank (the little one) on East Marion Street. I love dealing with Philann's Florist. Their delivery is great. They are very reliable and dependable, and I like dealing with them for that reason. Also, they make great arrangements. I think their flowers stay fresher than other florists. I do recommend this florist quite highly. It's a home town business, and that is a plus for me.
