"Grand India" specializes in the cuisine from northern India--offering dishes like Chicken Vinaloo with chicken and potatoes, slathered in a tangy sauce and lamb jalfrezi, which has lamb, tomatoes, onion with exotic spices! I highly recommend the lamb dishes! This restaurant claims to be "Authentic" and I would have to agree! Although I am not from India, it tastes pretty authentic to me. Although it is a drive for most of us, all the way in Eagan, the food will make it all worth while.
