I have been craving enchiladas for two weeks. My fiance and I went somewhere in South City for some, and that place did not hit the spot. We were out running errands today and he said that he remembered seeing a Mexican place by Pho Saigon. So we tried it out. Their enchiladas hit the spot, melts in your mouth like homemade enchiladas should. He had the chili verde chimichanga. He definitely loved it. We'll be back again! The meats that they have sit and continue to marinate in their juices so you know the meat is not dry and is definitely tasty.
