Good: I liked that Mr. Campbell was friendly and straight forward from the get go. I'd never had need to hire a lawyer before and had nothing to go on except for the freaks on daytime TV. He told us to call him Joe and listened to everything we had to say.. Bad: Everything went really well and I can't really think of anything negative. His prices were a bit higher than other local law offices we spoke to but we hired him based on his reputation. We couldn't afford to lose the case.. Improvements: I found his email communication to be very blunt and I suppose it was just him being to the point. In person though all communication was great.. Other: We've already recommended Joe and will continue to do so if any of our friends or family need an attorney. I get a kick out of the fact that I can say "You'll be hearing from my attorney!" if I wanted to and now I've got an actual guy I can rely on!.
