These guys are OK. They do their best to help, and they're always available. That's a nice departure from the typical trip to Lowes. But unfortunately, they sometimes fall short on their knowledge of fairly simple questions that even the Lowes guys can usually answer. Plus, their prices are outrageous for anything more than a pack of screws. Better service than Home Depot, but don't buy a big ticket item there!
