This is a great store. It's located in the Macy's wing and, although it's small, they carry a wide selection of clothing from jeans and casual wear to apparel appropriate for a more traditional office setting. I'm petite but can't always wear a petite size in pants because the rise is too short. Ann Taylor Loft carries pants in a short length that fits me perfectly. They carry numerous fits and have a well stocked petite section, shoes, handbags, and accessories. The staff is helpful without being pushy, the store is well lighted, and the store is well maintained. I don't find clothing on the floor during a sale; a sales associate can always be seen folding items and tidying up.
