Jack In the Box can be a great fast food restaurant if it wants to be. What I mean is I have gone in there and everything was right, and then I have gone in there and everything was wrong. All fast food places have these moments. It's the way the complaints are handled. For instance, I got a cheesecake and started eating it and it was molded. The manager took the cheesecake and said it wasn't mold. She then kept the cheesecake and didn't even offer my money back or anything. I ended up leaving mad. It's times like these that can make or break a fast food restaurant because if they do it to one, they'll do it to others.
