I know there are many daycares with talented teachers who do not have a degree. However, I like the fact that my child's preschool teacher has a degree and is an actual teacher. In addition to the teacher, each room has as least one assistant. The day is scheduled but does have some flexibility. The day usually consists of circle time, snack, art, free play, lunch, nap, outside time, snack, and then organized play. There is a whiteboard outside each classroom that lets parents know the day's activities. This is the cleanest and happiest daycare center I have seen.
The workers there take their job seriously and always have the childrens best interests in mind.
