Sweeney's in Saint Paul is a great place to go for an all-american burger and beer. It is also a great place to go at happy hour. Sweeney's feels like a neighborhood bar that friends go to just to hang out. The food is inexpensive and pretty good. They really great lunch specials, especially on their hamburgers. I know my husband meets friends their regularly for lunch.
Sweeney's is on Dale Street, just a few miles south of Interstate 94.
