Good: The person, Jodie, who was my first contact was remarkable. She is without doubt amongst the most professional people I have ever dealt with on the phone. For an initial impression, she was great. She had the owner contact me who explained the process in detail regarding the treatment process and what to expect short and long term. I use to be someone who did it themselves with decon....not any more. There is a reason people offer the service.. Bad: Having my wife screaming about bugs in the house after trying to deal with it myself. The cost of treating it on my was expensive given the lack of results.. Improvements: Not sure what to put here...they took care of the issue.. Other: No likes bugs in their house and in hind site, it goes beyond spraying. They gave me some advice of mitigating subsequent bug issues that I would never of thought of. Also, no need to become an expert of the different products out there by letting them do it..
