To the lady who said word of mouth that service is poor doesn't work you are wrong. I heard at work that the employee's are rude. Now folks are not shopping there. There are over 4500 employee's here. I even saw it on the bulliten board around the company. You have no idea how damaging that will be. You can't bully your customers. One by one they will disappear. Customer service is nuber one. That's more important than the product you sell. Be careful...............
