Union Bank staff is very friendly and helpful. I have used both Northland branches--one at Englewood and Broadway and the other at 152 and N. Oak and both have friendly staff. Drive thru hours are convenient, but lobby hours are less customer friendly, typical in the banking industry. However, staff is always very helpful. Services are customer-friendly and fees are reasonable. They now have free bill pay!
