Scotts Valley 4 Cinema doesn't boast the sloping, poufy chairs of the Cinema 9 in Santa Cruz; nor the huge concession stand and huge screens. But it has small town charm; prices are lower, Thursday night is family night, and you get that comfy feeling that you are part of your town when you go and watch a movie there.
