There are a few other good pho restaurants out there, especially throughout Westminster. Pho 54 by spires is okay. The main good point is that they are open late. So if you are craving soup or Vietnamese food, you can eat fairly late in the evening. The other restaurants are closed around 9pm, or 11pm. This one is open until 1. The people that work there are not that personable, but that is like with a lot of Asian restaurants. The food is okay, so if you are in the area, check it out, otherwise you may want to drive a little further for good food.
