Good: How fresh the flowers looked, and the florists will custom create an order for you based on your budget. The owner told me they are a franchise for 1800 flowers so if you go to 1800 flowers website and pick the number of arrangement you like they can create it for you.. Bad: After my first visit some of the arrangements may take a while if the florist is backed up.. better to call first have them create the arrangement first then come pick it up or have them deliver it.. Improvements: non that I can think of. Other: Great local florist shop in downtown herndon, highly recommend..
