I returned home to debris spread throughout my home. Independent testing proved the job a failure. The HVAC system had not been cleaned as promised in the protocol. Workers damaged possessions as well.
When I attempted to amicably resolve these issues with the company President, John Taylor, I was met with screaming and verbal abuse. He refused to resolve these issues.
I chose to write reviews and dispute the charges with my credit card company. Mr. Taylor threatened me with legal action if I chose not to remove my reviews. I understand what constitutes libel and its ramifications and feel quite secure in leaving my reviews in place.
During the dispute process Mr. Taylor thought libel would be the best route to take. He claimed that I was a mentally unstable con-artist with a history of conning companies amongst other bizarre falsehoods. He also finagled an extra $4,420 from my credit card. This meant that he had been paid twice the price of the remediation. My local bank card branch was outraged and suggested that I take further action.
This was a horrible experience. There are a multitude of "glowing reviews" that are displacing a lot of negative reviews. They seem suspicious to me. The company has also been able to have many negative reviews removed from various sites.
