The worst customer service I've ever experienced! 11/7/2010

The staff at J&D are completely unprofessional and rude. Not only did they lie about the amount of time my furniture would take to arrive but they also had an attitude with me when I went in person to inquire about my furniture (this would be understandable if I would have came in with an attitude but I did not). The lady that 'helped' me had a horrible attitude and did not answer my questions. At one instance she interrupted me with an attitude and a shake of the neck, while implying that it was too bad I hadn't received my furniture yet. As a hard working individual myself, I don't believe being from the working class is an excuse for a bad attitude, unprofessionalism, and horrible customer service. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced and will never buy anything from there no matter how cheap it may be. I'd rather pay more for great customer service and quality than deal with them again. more
