King Richard's Faire in Carver is a great renaissance festival to attend during the fall. Many patrons get all dressed up in period clothing. There are different shops to visit, shows to see and demonstrations to watch. It's a bit expensive ($24 per adult) in my opinion since you could easily cover the whole place in a few hours, but it's still a fun time.
