Good: the way that I was treated and the fact that the office person actually listened to what my problem was...he asked what happened and explained what the process was to have my car fixed .... also he explained how to deal with the insurance company ... that they would handle all the details once I had a claim number.
they even let me use the phone in the office for me to call my insurance company and file the claim. Bad: The fact that a person ran into my car. Improvements: none. Other: people at exotic took the time to fix my car correctly the first time .... sure there was a one day delay ,,,, waiting for the insurance company to come out to inspect my car ..... but in the end it was as beautiful as before the accident .... thanks ....
